Carpet was squeaky clean with no feeling of chemical or soap residue. The technician checked with me as he did each room to see if I was okay with the results. He was even patient with me as I checked the manufacturers recommendation for one room of new carpet and spent extra time on one troubled area. We are planning to replace the carpet in another room but had the carpet cleaned anyway and I couldn't believe the results. It will still be replaced but the room smells so fresh and the carpet looks and feels great! Couldn't be happier with the results. This is the best carpet cleaning we have ever experienced.
We were very impressed with our carpet that we haven't washed for 8 years came out looking so new. Kevin was friendly and explained everything so clearly. He did an excellent job with cleaning the carpets and tiles. We will be using Zerorez for future cleaning.

No chemicals
Scott was very friendly and courteous. We would have had wanted to do a little more work but your policy of whole room measurement stopped us from doing more cleaning. Makes no sense to me that if you have an employee, truck and equipment here you wouldn't have him do what extra work he could. We have and office that is less than two hundred square feet with a area rug, credenza and desk in it. We wanted the entry way treated but would have had to pay the full room price. $20.00 would have been a fair price but he couldn't do it for that????
