Let's start w/ I have WHITE carpet ! So with That, I chose Zerorez because, NO residue left in the carpet. ( over looking the PRICE ) On the other hand I didn't expect the service I got. I expected a wild and crazy car-saleman too upgrade and up sale until the 2nd. mortgage had to be applied for : Instead I got a Fantastic, knowledgeable, and hard working employee of yours. Yes he did up sale, but I didn't needed the 2nd. mortgage. He kept me informed at all times, and told me what to do after he left. ( He did have a FEW stories to tell :) )

Both the end result and the attention to detail that Erik paid to doing a good job for us.

The technician was nice and explained what he was going to do and after he finished he let me know how long I should expect it to take for my carpet to dry, and gave me enough booties so everyone could walk on the carpet without getting it dirty.

My white carpets hadn't been cleaned for 10 years, and the tile/grout almost 14. Everything looks almost new again. It smells clean, but not chemical, and it's a mild smell. Carpet dried overnight (probably faster). Carpet feels soft, not crunchy after cleaning.

My technician was fantastic. Thorough, efficient, and friendly. Was careful to wear booties in the house and protect wall/stair corners while cleaning. He worked with me to determine the best solutions for my needs and worked around me so I could still move around the house to get my own work done. He helped me move boxes & furniture. He noticed I was worn out and was kind and empathetic towards me. Above & beyond.

I had to walk around and point out spots he missed. I started to feel uncomfortable and bad about it. He only did two rooms for crying out loud. Good thing I purchased the Empowered cleaning fluid. I had a lot of touching up to do. He also said that I would go through the spray container in two days and that I really needed to get the $49 jug. NOT the case. I see this lasting a while. I let him seal the grout in the rooms and am not confident that he even did it. I had high expectations for Zerorez after all of the bragging by a couple of radio hosts. I am very disappointed. If I could attach images here I would.

I will gladly recommend Zerorez to anyone over all other companies I have used in the past. Your tech was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. When he had shown me the outcome on my recliner I had him clean the couch, love seat, and dining room chairs. My carpets look and smell great, but it is the furniture that is truly impressive. Thank you for providing a cleaning service at the level that you do!

The office called because the technician has space for an earlier appointment. That worked out great for us! Technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet feels completely different than it did last time it was cleaned by a different carpet cleaner. It is much softer and there is no smell to it like there was with the other cleaners. Will most definitely use again and again. Was dry a few hours after- no need to run the fan!

We were amazed at how clean Scott was able to get our tile! We've had Stanley Steamer out in the past, but they never made our tile look this good. Stanley Steamer was in and out in a short period of time. However, Scott was here for well over 2 hours and was very thorough and detailed. He cleaned our tile as if he was cleaning his own home. When he got to a stubborn spot he spent extra time and used a brush by hand if it was necessary. When our kids got home from school they didn't believe that they were looking at the same grout. Our grout was originally beige but had turned dark brown over time since we moved in 14 years ago. We hadn't had it professionally cleaned in 8 years. We just assumed that our grout was going to be brown from now on and that there wasn't anything we could do about it. We couldn't believe how nice it looked when Scott was done. He was able to get much of our grout back to beige. It's the closest to new we've seen our floor in years! Without a doubt we will use Zerorez from now on! And we will definitely be requesting Scott!

The carpets felt great after drying, they came out super clean and the tech did everything possible to lift old stains. Our home wasn't left with a chemical smell and any compound used was pretty much removed upon completion.

Do a better mop up after the rug cleaning. The hosing left a mess on our travertine tile. However your employee, Eric, was very pleasant, if not all that thorough.

The tech's were very professional and explained every thing they were going to do while they were here. We had a spot that took extra time and material to clean. They did their best and got most of it. They explained some extra steps that I could do to help remove the remaining spot. I was very happy with the effort they had made while they were here.
