I felt that it was on the expensive side and it didn't get my carpets as clean as I was hoping.

very professional and made my carpet look new. I did not think that was possible. the tile looked new when they were done.
Pet stains were addressed and some improvement made however spots are still visible. I also felt that the total costs was too expensive. S20.00 per spot in not worth the price for the amount of time and effort put in. Total costs of almost $600 for two hours works is unreasonable. Some rooms he did only the outline around furniture; he probably did an average of 60-80 square feet per room and charged $42 per room. Carpet was also wet in excess of 24 hours.
Just not impressed for the quality of service for a premium price.

No chemical smell. Carpet was soft when it dried.
My carpeting was restored to a very nice appearance. No scent to the product. Technician was very professional and was finished in a reasonable amount of time.
the gentleman who came to clean my carpets was so nice and asked several questions in order to get the stains out of my carpet.
I like that my carpet came out clean and fresh without using soap that would build up and leave residue.
Noticed a spot or two was not removed, but was told all spots were lifted.

Prompt service and arrived early, where the two workers were very polite and honest who shown us the process of the carpet cleaning and the time it will take to finish the job. Although was surprise on the $211 bill which started from $128. We may use them again, dependent on our finances.

The gentleman that came out was really nice however the very next day one of the stains which was orange soda came up even worse and even more visible than before. So today May 9, 2016 I decided to use my Kirby stain remover on that same spot which had been previously cleaned by your guy on Saturday, May 7, 2016. I was able to uplift more of the orange soda I will try this again a few more times so I have to say I was very disappointed with your company. I called your company in the first place because Tom Chambers suggested it and so did John Jay and Rich per their commercials on the radio unbeknownst to me it's all talk and this has taught me that just because companies are endorsed by celebrities this does not mean that it's going to be done right. Bummer! I have gone ahead and posted my review on Yelp and I gave you guys 3 stars. I will be very honest I will not use you guys again I have suggested that people not use you guys as well and for $143 it should've been pretty clean and it wasn't. Some of the pictures that I've seen on other yelp reviews the carpets were disgusting compared to mine. mine were practically brand-new and still you guys did not do the job that you guys claim to do. I spoke to my sister the very next day funny thing is she had planned on calling you guys until I showed her the before and after pictures of my carpet and she decided not to use you guys either.
