My only issue is the price. It is a big more than I can really afford. But my carpets do look great

Your techs are great; they always do their very best. When I broke my nose in the middle of the night, I bled a lot & bless their hearts they really did their best. When the 1st tech left the carpet looked so much better ! Then when it dried the stain came back because the blood had totally soaked through the carpet unto the pad. So a second tech came out & did it all again. Now it looks like it could have been red wine or grape juice; so I"m very relieved that we don't have to change the carpet. Thanks to your techs expertise & dedication to doing a wonderful job. Linda Lee Parker

Each contact person was very courteous and professional. Scheduling an appointment, call back two days prior, call for arrival 15 minutes prior, service performed by technician.... everyone was super! Email confirmation & invoice were also appreciated. Cleaning was completed quickly and carpet looks great.

It's all your fault for sending Hayden to us. You're the reason we can only give a 10 and not a 10+ that he deserves. He was very attentive to First name removed's desires and succeeded in pleasing her - no mean feat. He was attentive to details, even to how best to park his van so that we had clear access to the driveway. If I had a business I would see if I could hire him away from you. :-)
