It was the best carpet cleaning we have ever had! My husband was so to speak anal about getting the carpets cleaned frequently and I always had told him we should try Zerorez as he was never happy with all the other companies he had used. Well, due to unfortunate circumstances I was the one who had to make the decision this time so I went with Zerorez. The technician explained very clearly what he was going to do. Showed me stains that were not clearly seen and the difference after as well. I am very happy and know my husband would've been thrilled to see the carpets this clean finally!!

What was agreed to on the phone was not what they came prepared to do and he told me that they can't vary from the invoice. He kept telling me that the invoice is what I agreed to. No it wasn't! He finally agreed to do part of the additional services I was supposed to be getting but not all of them while agreeing that I was paying more than my services totaled. I didn't get everything done that I was supposed to and he wanted to charge me to do "extras" when as it was I was paying the minimum and not getting services that equaled it. Also, there's a spot he completely missed about 4" in diameter and he didn't get under the "lip" of the cabinets at all.

that you do not use soap in your cleaning process, I wish you were a bit cheaper as many of my clients

I like the fact that the carpet dries in 6-8 hours plus how clean the carpet is. Another plus is the carpet feels soft - not scratchy after it is dry.

I did not receive a phone call prior to Jake arriving that he would be at my home at the predicted time of arrival. He was on time, which was great, but all other carpet companies I have hired always call to give an ETA. Service was professional and looks good so far one week later.

Eric Ownesby was your rep. He was on time and did a great job. He confirmed what we had expected. we have a wear pattern in our carpet that is less then 3 years old. I was very pleased with his professionalism. I bought some of the cleaner and used it to clean my windows. I will be getting more of this amazing product. The windows look beautiful!!!
