They did a great job was planning on buying new carpet now it can wait
I took the time off from work to be at my house for the appointment. I had a two hour window from 2-4. At five o'clock I called to ask where the technician was. I was told someone from dispatch would call me back. At six o'clock I hadn't hadn't received a call nor had the technician arrived. I had to call again. By 6:30 the technician arrived. For all of this inconvenience and the time I had to take off from work I was given a discount of about $40!! Not professional at all. I'm very disappointed. I was made to feel my time is not valuable.

I am a repeat customer and in the past I've had both Anthony and Amanda come to my home to clean my carpets. They both did a great job. A request was put in for either Anthony or Amanda to come out again. Instead the technician, Aaron, who came to my house today was rude and unprofessional. He came to my door and into my house without introducing himself or communicating what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I showed him the area to be cleaned and he started pulling out his equipment. I proceeded to ask him how much it would be and he gave me a quote of $117 for 4 areas. I showed him there were three areas and he said "I will do it this time but I could be a jerk and charge you more". This was very rude. When he was finished he stood with his clip board looking at me and saying nothing. He didn't tell me what he did or how much it was. He just put the inspection form in front of me to sign and took my payment and then walked out the door without saying anything. He was very unprofessional and unskilled in communication and customer service. After this experience and being treated in this manner, I can not in good conscious recommend Zerorez to my friends and neighbors. In the future you can honor the requests of your customers when they request a specific technician.

My carpets look almost brand new. There were no chemical odors left in the house. Luis Encinas pointed out areas when he was cleaning and I was shocked to see what a difference there was in the area he was cleaning and the areas that hadn't been cleaned - it was like day and night. I couldn't be more pleased and I definitely will be calling Zerorez again.
The service was amazing. Carpets look great! However I was scheduled for Saturday from 12-2 pm and when 2 pm came the tech wasn't there and then I called they said befor 3 and the t h ended up having issues and never showed up. We got rescheduled for Monday with discounts and the tech was still late the service was done free of charge but the business looked really unprofessional.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They called when they said they would and came to our home when they said they would. My husband and I did not have to sit around for hours and wait. The young man that came to our home, was very polite, professional and neat in appearance. My husband and I were very satisfied with our carpets and our chair and ottoman that had been cleaned as well. Having Zerorez take care of our cleaning needs was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

I bought the largest container of the empowered water. I plan on starting to use it soon. My pink velvet couch looks a lot cleaner (bought it at resale shop & it looked like it needed a thorough cleaning).
