Prompt and professional
Carpet looked great!! Was not as pleased with tile clean. For price I expected a little more effort. There were places that I was able to take cleaner and brush too and get clean that apparently were missed. When demonstrating your cleaner her used it on pet of grout and black came off. He said "guess I missed that one" I had to remix floor twice and water was black both times

Absolutely everything. Service was fantastic, called 15 minutes ahead and rep, Sam, was prompt, courteous. Sam explained what he was doing and was very thorough. Removed a few spots and asked our opinion before he continued on. The house spelled great while he was cleaning and after. Sam was one of the best reps I have encountered through any company in a very long time. He is a great representation of your company. I will definitely use your services again and have already recommended you to others. Thank you for a great experience and a very clean house!!!!!

Very prompt & quick! My carpets are very old & were very worn after renting out my house for 4 years. Evidently the renters never cleaned them so James had a battle before him. They looked pretty good after he finished. I have used Zerorez several times & have been happy every time. I just need to buy some new carpet!
