I had two appointments scheduled for zerorez,one day to do my floors another day to do my carpets. The guy that did my floors did an excellent job very impressed,very professional,floors look great. Two days later, another team came out to do my carpets. My carpets look like there was a shadow in certain areas, did not look that way before.I was not impressed with the carpet service at all. My carpets look better before and now they feel lstiff on my feet. I paid extra to have two stains removed in the guestroom, The guy said there would be no charge if they couldn't get the stains out yet I was still charged. They were quickly in and quickly out.
Was recommended by my real estate agent. Service was timely and very professional. Would certainly use Zerorez again.

The scheduler made it seem like there were options of different treatment methods based on the quality of carpet. When the technician arrived it was just one stardard clean.

The clean tile and grout is amazing, the feel of the floor, on your feet, and the smell of the house, is no longer a dusty dirty smell.
There are still some stains and some white chalky substance on some of the tiles, would like someone to return and take care of this
The technician that came to do my cleaning was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. I had a large amount of cleaning to be done but he moved through the house in a timely manner and was very thorough and asked me to check each step to see if there was anything I was not satisfied with. I like that the cleaning products were not harsh chemicals and there was nothing but a clean wet smell at the end of the day. The carpets and furniture were not saturated and were pretty much dried by the end of the day, I had one sofa that I thought would never come up clean because of the stains and it looks like new and everything smells and feels clean. Great job all round, price was good for all that I had cleaned and would definitely recommend to anyone I know. Thank you Zerorez.

The tech, Tray, did a great job. However, the quote was resubmitted at a higher rate, even though this is the same traffic pattern Zerorez has been cleaning for me for 4+ years or so. Tray did honor the quoted price after we had to discuss this situation with the home office. However, I'm not sure I'll use Zerorez again due to this dispute, which can not be explained to me to my satisfaction. This is a great disappointment to me. I will give Tray only a 10 performance for the cleaning and sorry he had to mediate this dispute. This is a management problem, not the tech's.
