This is the second time we have had Albert. He is always courteous, timely and professional. We like Zerorez because the carpet always looks almost new even though it is 13 years old. No soap build up either.

Abel was a tech who arrives on time, introduces himself, smiles, had booties and corner protectors in hand, asked questions prior to any work, asked to confirm work was acceptable in various areas and offered additional services we might value.
Certainly appreciate ionized water only product and natural cleaning spray prep.
