Zerorez was on time, worked quickly and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in our new home before move in. Very satisfied with the service. It may be a bit pricier than other carpet cleaners, but you get what you pay for and we'll definitely be using them for future cleaning needs.
Our floor was so dirty it hadn't been cleaned for years we didn't think it could get as white as it did!love your guys product and it was pretty quick.

The past two times you have cleaned my carpet you have been extremely late.I did appreciate the discount and Your cleaning representatives did an excellent job, but my time is valuable and having my time 21/2 hours beyond the window is unacceptable.

My carpet is under 2 years old. I scheduled the cleaning because I had a spot on it. It looked like it was gone when it was wet, but now I can clearly see it wasn't removed. If someone could come and remove that spot I would be very pleased.

first is customer service....second products seem to work well...third techs do a good job. The scheduling people need to make sure though, when a customer requests a tech that tech shows up. Not a replacement.

no chenicak buildup and carpets dry quickly
It's a rental and the carpets were messed up. I thought I might have to replace them. The tech did a very thorough job, and I can rent it now without replacing the carpets.
It left my carpet soft and made old carpet look great!
