The cleaning was free of chemical and that it seems to have reduce/eliminate any pet odor.
The carpets looked great and Peter got rid of some pet stains and smells.

I am very happy with the fact that there are no chemicals and that your water is environmentally friendly. I am also very pleased with the customer service with the scheduler and our technician was excellent.
I do want to make a special note of just how wonderful Allison, our technician, was. Not only was she very friendly and courteous, but very professional and extremely hard working. She took time to listen to our requests and work on our problem areas that we had concerns about. She is definitely the best technician we have ever had with any company. I do hope she is recognized for her hard work and dedication.

The technician was amazing. He cleaned my whole house in the time it usually takes someone a single room. I love the results, the house is cleaner than it was when I moved in. They were on time and polite. I would not hesitate to use them again and again.

Technician did a great job. However, your Customer Service staff need more training. This is the second time they have said they called to let me know my Technition was on his way. I never get the call, and when I ask why he said my office said they called you. I showed him my phone and that I did not get a call to prove it to him. It makes it hard on me because I need to put my dogs away before the technician shows up. Also, my appointment was from 10 to noon and the technician showed up at 9:15. This has become a pattern and is not good customer service to me.

We had an excellent experience with our Tech Kyle. He called prior to arriving and got right to work. My sister asked if there was a possibility to also get the carpets cleaned. Since we were having an open house on Saturday. Kyle made it happen. We were very impressed with his customer service and his praise of working for a good company. He was very diligent and cleaned up everyting. Even wiping down the fridge where some of the solution had gotten on it. IN our opinion he rates a 12 rating. We can hopefully ask for him specifically for any future needs we will have with Zero rez. I have also told folks ( I work for a large company) How good they were at cleaning the tile and Grout and the carpets.
