Life. I work for a large home builder and decided against using one of of our trades to use zero Rez and I'm regretting it!

I've listened to the radio commercial and was all hyped up with high expectations, but the tech was only here for 20 min or less,the carpet just looked soiled and wet, after he left I got out my bissell carpet machine, the water was black, I cleaned it twice, looked a little better, the tech didn't look happy cleaning the carpet, I realize there was high traffic marks, that's why I wanted it professionally cleaned. I've used Staley steamer before, they were even worse, that's why I bought a bissell, I'm just a little disabled, torn right rotator, and arthritis,hopefully I will find a way to clean the carpet better, thank you anyways.

The gentleman that came out was very nice but he did put a chip and a scuff in our wall but I repaired it.

The man who did the service -- Jacob? Can't remember his name - what a gem of a guy and he did an outstanding job!

Our carpets feel soft after cleaning, I'm assuming since there was no soap used. I do wish the high-traffic area in our master bedroom looked better, but I'm not sure that the cleaning could have done more.

BUT I signed up for this appointment at the Home show and they said I would receive a mop-ish thing, and a big container of cleaning liquid. I did not get either of those things..

Very professional and polite. I wasn't happy with the tile cleaning and they resent Travis who is wonderful. He put in a hard couple hours and getting it to look great. Travis is amazing and you can tell he truly cares about his work.
