We had a window of 12:00-2:00. The tech arrived at our door at exactly 2:00 with no call before hand. He had gotten lost. He did apologize. After he finished and I paid the bill, I asked him about another area rug I would have and should have had cleaned. He said he couldn't open another ticket after I paid but would schedule another trip the next day at 10:00 which would have been Sunday. No one showed up. Guess you are closed on Sundays. The rugs do look great and I was satisfied with the work he did.

I really like the idea that you use no soap! You may be the first to use this system, but soon others will be copying you!! Tyler was our service man and did a great job of explaining the technique he was using and why it was the right way to clean a carpet. A very nice young man that knew his job!
I had better results from other carpet cleaner companies
The service provided was not satisfactory. Carpet did not look clean and was soaked in water. Took longer than previous companies hired to dry. "less time drying" as advertised was not the case. It's not about the money but the service provided, and the service provided was not worth what I paid. In this case I will be calling for a refund.
I am not sure you got the carpet in front of our chairs in family room and in front of love seat in master bedroom as clean as I would like. It still seems dirty there. No time to call you back in as we are leaving and won't return till January.

The serviceman gave short clipped answers to my questions. I asked about the pretreatment and he said it was a orange solution and don't worry about it. I felt my questions were irritating to him. The entire job took less than an hour. Please describe the pretreatment I should have received.

Friendly tech, no chemicals or readied left at a great price
Quick, efficient, my carpets look marvelous. The price was reasonable. The fellow who cleaned my carpets was cordial and helpful in every way. I will use them again the future and recomend to anyone.
Joshua was out technician. He came out to redo what our previous technician had done. He was absolutely wonderful and the job he did was fantastic. I would recommend him to others.
I also am so grateful to the manager Susan. She was very professional but definately handled the situation very well. Overall, I am a very happy customer.
