This is the second time we've had you for cleaning our carpet, and we are just s pleased this time. You are prompt, very professional but also very friendly. The carpet in this apartment is pretty low grade, not through our own fault.But anyway you are able to make it look almost like new. One area was badly stained and looks wonderful. I have mentioned your company to others, and will be calling you again.

We love that the products are environmentally safe. Very efficient service. The technician did a fantastic job of cleaning our tile & grout. We've lived in our home for 8 years & are getting it ready to put on the market. The tile & grout have never been professionally cleaned. It looks like new & we were very impressed with how the cleaning made it look so good. We will highly recommend you to others. Thank you for your great service.
Advertising on price is a little deceptive. I don't mind paying more, but don't advertise a price when that's NOT the actual price for service.
Carpet looks new after cleaning. Soft not crunchy feeling like some other companies.

The service was great! Victor was very thorough in explaining how the empowered water works, at explaining the carpet protection which I ended up going with, he also allowed me to use the demo bottle to sample it which was great. He also assured I was completely satisfied with his work. Made me feel like a valued customer. The service at my first experience wasn't so great, the technician rushed through everything, didn't explain anything, basically very in and out. Victor really turned it around, I was overly satisfied!
Quick, on time, professional.
I did not come home to a "funky" smell and the carpets dried very quickly. They practically looked brand new.

Clean and no soap.
Carpets look and stay nice. We have used them several times before and always pleased.I even had them do our church, and they were very pleased,and especially how much quicker the carpets dried so they were able to put back the chairs and tables sooner.
Service was very good and prompt . Carpet looks very nice . Service tech did a good job .
I guess on newer carpets, Zerorez is ok, but on older carpets (in very good condition I might add), you cannot really see that the carpets have been cleaned.
