First, this was a second experience with Zerorez and just as thorough as the first. Second, the two gentlemen were truly a team. I received explanations as they proceeded. The team did a marvelous job and were able to clean my old and very worn carpet. Conversations between them were positive, work related and supportive of each other. I understand one tech was relatively new, and worked hard. I truly believe two techs make a more thorough job of it.

My carpet and couch were a mess with sick, old animals and years of wear. Both were clean and fresh -- with no residue. The cleanup afterwards left no trace they were here..... thank you for such positive and hard working employees and for maintaining the Zerorez system of cleaning.

The guys did a very good job. However we wanted to give them a well deserved tip for a job well done and discovered that they weren't allowed to take tips. We feel this is unfair to emplyees that do a good job and should be changed.

Great technicians and very clean carpet and funiture. TECH work hard at getting out an orange stain in the carpet and it looks so much better.

Was very disappointed, my wife was not able to be home and I work out of town. My father in law came over. Tech refused to seal the grout because he kept stating that the grout had been color sealed. They even called my wife and she said NO it had not.
Either way if I the customer wanted clear seal on the grout that's what should have been done.
It seemed someone didn't want to do their job. Sealing the grout. What he claimed was color seal was dirty grout that with a little extra time on it would have come up. We would have been happy to pay more if it was a time ISSUE. We are trying to re-fi the house and everything looking nice.
Tile looks good and clean but unhappy that the next step was not taken. Now we have to still seal and move all the furniture again.
