Fast service, carpets are always very clean afterwards.
The carpet appeared somewhat cleaner than before. Pet odor still very obvious despite paying extra for the service. Once dry,carpet felt crunchy in spots. On the plus side, the tech arrives on time, was very courteous and friendly. He explained the whole process as well as what to expect. He worked quickly and diligently.
On time extremely polite and professional. This is our 2nd time using your company and are very satisfied again.

We still have a wet smell in the home so some recommendations on eliminating it.
