the lack of odor, the quick dry time, and the techs are always fantastic. Kyle was a pleasure to work with.
I was amazed on how fast the process went once the technicians (Kyle and Robert) arrived. The drying time is much faster than traditional carpet cleaning companies (some take over 24 hrs to completely dry!). A notable portion with regard to service was how courteous and professional both technicians were throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, there were two stains that surfaced during the cleaning process that could not be removed. I was educated by the technicians on why the stains surfaced and why they may not be able to remove them.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean our carpet came. Was a very long time since it had been cleaned. Like never and it is 5 yrs old. James the young man who cleaned our carpet is a very nice gentleman and very conscientious about his work. For the money I will be back and it won't be 5 yrs.
I didn't want someone that used a machine to clean the carpets. Using the special water and no chemicals was important because of my grandchildren. The results were what I was hoping for.
i wasn't expecting the carpet left as wet as it was. After drying there is uneven squares, lines of clean areas.

He took time to test the tile cleanability prior to starting. This allowed me to choose whether to proceed with this part of the job. It also allowed me to expand the job.
