My serviceman was on time and very knowledgeable. Did a great job on my floors & very respectful of my home.

My dog got sick so i had to spot clean the carpet and while doing so alot of dirt came up which tells me all of its like that. To rectify i would like my my carpet redone.

1-The kitchen tile didn't get as clean as I expected or as the rest of the areas cleaned
2-The last half inch or so of the tile/grout against my tub doesn't look like it got cleaned. The grout is all nice an light and goes strait to dark for the last half inch
3-I was rescheduled. The credit given was appreciated but it was still an inconvenience
