My technician told me that he was not allowed to move furniture. The problem with that is, I am 100% disabled and I have great difficulty lifting and moving furniture. As a result, not much got moved. I wish I had been told this when I booked my appt.

Although the quality of the work is good, the pricing is far out of line with your advertised competition's pricing. We had three rooms cleaned and protected. One room, the office, has the floor more than half covered with furniture and an area rug, none of which was removed. The living room, which was charged as a double sized room has furniture and an area rug that cover between a third and a half of the floor area. The bedroom floor area is up to two thirds covered with furniture and a large area rug. The furniture and area rugs were left as is and the rugs not cleaned. I believe that we were significantly overcharged for the area of carpet cleaned, and in the future, will look elsewhere for better pricing.
The tech was friendly and did a great job. The carpets turned out great and were dry the next morning.
