ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAID DO WHAT THEY SAID VERY EFFICIENT FROM THE TIME WE CALLED UNTIL THE TIME THE TECHNICIAN LEFT . HAVE USED OTHER COMPANIES IN THE PAST , SORRY YOU ARE NOW STUCK WITH ME ! WE WIIL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN AS NEEDED .
Carpet looked great and was able to get wax out of my carpet. Worker was awesome!!!
The stains have come back and tomorrow will be a week since he was here. Also the cleaning rippled 2 rooms in our home not noticed until after he left
The tech was great. Very polite and even patient with me because I still needed to vacuum once he arrived. i also appreciated how knowledgable he was and how he explained what he would be doing and how they would treat the problem areas. My high traffic areas really cleaned up much better than I had anticipated. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I would use them again and again.

I love that there isn't a chemical residue left on the surface on the carpet. Also, the technician on our job was very thorough!
The edges of the tile were wet and smeared and had to mop most of the floor the next day. The tech could mop the edges and excess water from the tubes in the halls.

Very pleased with the outcome of my carpets. I liked the fact of no heavy smell of chemicals also. Service tech was knowledgeable and courteous.
Carpet has dark spots everywhere. Some stains still remain, but was not told they need any additional treatment at time if cleaning. Overall disappointed.

The last time you guys did our carpets he did a really good job. This time I wasn't to happy I realize there was a soda stain I just felt the last time was a lot worse than this time the spots already came up by that evening and no one was home all day so it could dry. I would still recommend zerorez and still continue to have you fo my carpet. Just wasn't to happy ''tis time upstairs was great. Thank you,
