I like customer service on phone making appointment. Prices explained well. Truck showed up at time given. Cleaning was great and actually better than we expected since carpet was quite dirty. Excellent experience with Zerorez.
Over charged me. The guy that came out charged me for a whole room and it was just a under 50 square feet
And he missed cleaning our kitchen area around our island. I didnt the notice until he left and what I was quoted over phone wound up being a lot more than what it was when the tech arrived

The tech that cleaned my three rooms was in and out in less than an hour, I would say 45 minutes total and the condition of my carpets reflect not much time was spent cleaning throughly, and at some point after going to his truck came back in without putting the blue shoes covers over his street shoes. My family and I do Not wear our street shoes in the house on my real wood and natural stone travertine little lone on my carpeted bedrooms. Also, the tech indicated he worked for Stanley steamers and they do an equally comparable job to Zero, which I found odd. I took that to mean if I was not satisfied then I could take my business elsewhere.
The technician was so friendly and informative about the techniques for what he was doing. My carpets and tile look amazing!

The person that came out to clean my carpet was amazing. I called the office and let them know that we were totally pleased. Very nice and explained everything to me. It was nice to be working with a professional. Looking forward to working with Zerorez in the future.

It shouldn't take so long for the carpet to dry. Ours took over 8 hours and some areas took overnight. Also, your people should ask for a map and directions when they come into a large park like we live in. My husband had to find him and direct him to our house. Then there was a period of time when he couldn't continue because he thought his waste tank was full and asked if we had a place he could dump. This was his first stop of the day so all should have been ready to go for the day. After talking to someone at the office, he said he had it been solved so he continued cleaning. Our carpet looks good so we recommended your company to our neighbors. I hope their carpet doesn't take so long to dry.
In spite of our carpet being old and worn It looks brand when the technician is done.
