I like the idea of not having soap or detergent left on the carpet. The carpet dries quickly. I agreed to have the carpet scotch guarded to avoid being soiled too quickly because the areas I had cleaned was high traction only.

The rooms smelled badly for 5 days (worse than before the service)

The carpet has never smelled so good since we moved into our rental 6 years ago.

The smell from the two small bedrooms was pretty gnarly. We had to purchase a carpet deodorizer to help get rid of the smell. Maybe provide small bottle of deodorizer after cleaning?

The service tech was extremely helpful and informative. He told me how long it would take and did a wonderful job.

Carpet spots were cleaned and appearance is excellent. I did have the protectant applied so I will see how that works for future cleaning.

No chemical smells left over

Be prepared for whatever services the customer should choose to purchase. I asked to have my carpets pretreated for pet smells pet odor which is a service your website says will be quoted on site. The technician said that he didn't have that stuff on his truck because this wasn't his truck so instead he was going to use a different kind of pet odor eliminator that he would mix with the pretreat. I don't think this is nearly as effective and I question whether it was even actually done. We have small dogs so the point was to eliminate a couple small areas where the dogs have Peed so they would stop peeing there, they still smell like Pee. Also, if pet pretreat is a specific amount per room, there should be no reason why your staff that books the appointment cannot quote a price for pet treatment.
