No soapy mess like most carpet cleaners, dries fast and my carpet looks like new. And the service is impeccable. I always use Zerorez!!

I had grease stains from some unknown source and I was dubious as to weather just water would do the trick, It didn't. It did lighten them a lot however and maybe further use of the liquid solution will keep them under control. I am also finding that my carpet feels rough under foot. ? ? But I am satisfied and happy to see a brighter carpet.
The techs are knowledgable and professional and clean looking so it doesn't feel like a dirty person is in your house cleaning.

The techNick and arrived at the proper time and was courteous and answered my questions fully and politely. Aaron (our tech) was careful with our home and did a great job. Cleaned up thoroughly before leaving a new entry over proper care for drying and replacing furniture with me.

I found your technician to be rude and thoughtless. He parked in one of our neighbor's spaces at our condo and I had to ask him twice to move. I had specifically left both of our parking spaces in front of our condo available for him to use and he parked next door. He was rude about my carpets. I was aware they were dirty, that is why I contacted you. Then even after I explained that I am just a renter moving out and trying to get the carpets cleaned, he kept trying to push upgrades on me.
The finished work left us with the cleanest and smoothest carpet we have experienced in the aftermath of your service. The technician routinely asked us if there was any area that did not meet our complete satisfaction. Brian was the consumate, caring ZEROREZ "ambassador." This is the first time we have hired ZEROREZ. We will absolutely be repeat patrons!
