Andrew, the service technician, was professional and did a nice job. He was knowledgable and friendly.
I will say that I needed to call on the morning of the appointment to get our narrower, two-hour window. That's the only service related comment that I can offer as a suggestion for improvement.
This is the second time we've used Zerorez's services. The first time, the technician experienced a bloody nose, but he did clean up where blood had dropped (on the carpet that was getting cleaned). For this most recent visit, we thankfully had no bloody noses.

The price....it is more expensive than other companies
products appear to work well. The service was great and so was the tech.

The payment part was confusing another location here got a bill to pay by check but I had to pay at the time of service.

No smell and dries quickly. There were a few spots that did not come up, but overall impressed with the process.

What I did NOT like was the fact that I had scheduled carpet cleaning as well as cleaning of a sofa. The technician informed me that he did NOT have the necessary cleaning items needed for the sofa on his truck. Another appointment had to be scheduled. I did not appreciate that.

Personnel that come to my house are always friendly and helpful. The lady that makes the appointments is very rude and I dislike speaking with her. I have canceled one appointment in the past while talking to her because of her attitude.

everything and technicians & call center people are very friendly.
Luis was personable, arrived on time, got to work and completed his job in about 2 hours, gave us last minute instructions and cleaned up everything before he left. He didn't even leave footprints on the tile. He did a great job and the carpet looks much better than before. Thank you.
I've used Zerorez for years so I didn't think twice when I phoned. What I was a little shocked at the cost to clean 2 recliners & a 6 ft couch $250.00(the carpet was $57.00)
