I was really happy with Robert, our service tech, he was was very professional and knowledgeable. On Roberts advise I bought your cleaner and used it on the seats of my dining room chairs. Every spot disappeared. I had a very definite 11 experience! Thank you.
My carpet did not come out as clean as would have liked, in fact, there are several spots in the living room you could not see before. The high traffic areas are not any better than they were before cleaning. I would like my living/dining room redone.

The technician was very sweet. Very thorough.
The tech was very rude! First off, he parked half way across my driveway and saw me trying to get in but did not move his van forward to allow me in, he never removed a giant beats headset he was listening to, he completely missed a room he was supposed to clean and didn't even care to ask if we wanted it cleaned and gave no instructions as to how long we should wait before putting our furniture back. I'd give zerorez another chance but not this tech.
Like the fact that you don't use soap since I think that gets imbedded in the carpet. Jeff did a great job cleaning our tile!

The safa's just dont look any cleaner. I used oxy clean co. Last time and it was much better the price was 1/2 of yours.
