I wanted an area rug cleaned. Rug is off white and just wanted to know it was clean but did not expect it to look new again. Technician did a great job and the rug looks new again. Think even he was amazed at how well it turned out. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends.

I was please with the process of removing dog urine from my carpet. He is banished from the living room.
Always on time, extremely courteous and do a great job of shampooing your carpets. My carpets look brand new and don't get dirty quickly because Zerorez does not use chemicals on your carpets. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
I have used various carpet cleaning companies in the past....always think the carpet looks amazing for the first 3 months. After that time, every spot or stain reappears! With Zerorez, the spots never reappear. Also, I've always had very professional techs that arrive when they say they will and they truly call before they arrive! It's been a refreshing experience in many respects. Furthermore, my last techs were John and Nicole. They were so pleasant and professional, really impressed.
Kyle did a great job and was very friendly and efficient. One area that was stained was cleaned but two days later, I can see the stain reappearing. What can we do about this?

He cleaned the rugs really fast after looking at them they were still dirty. He had to come up and do again. I was not able to look at entire rug as it was wet and he did not have booties. Not the standard of service I usually get from zereorz

I would recommend a pet stain package as I have one room with many stains. Treating each stain at $25 per stain would be an insane amount of money. I can understand $25/stain for a few, but should someone have many stains, it would be nice to have an option of a flat rate per room - even if the rate is much higher than an average cleaning. I opted not to do any pet stain treatment unfortunately due to cost. If I only opted to remove a few stains, there would still be many more so what's the point.

The couches weren't entirely cleaned. They smell good. But there is still hair sticking out of it and dust when I hit the cushions.
