The service was done very efficiently so I could get on with my day off, and the tiles and grout look wonderful.
The gentleman was very professional and did an amazing job. My carpet was pretty bad and now looks amazing.
Maybe st of it appears to be clean but the landing at the top of the stairs is not. I tried to clean it up with my spot bot which looks a little better but it's not right. At least the landing should be redone. Makes me wonder if I will find other spots!

I liked the service and the tech was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything. However, I paid over 500 for service of 3 rooms and the pet pee smell that I had paid extra four was back just as strong within 24 hours. I am not sure how to improve this and I just wish if I had paid so much it would have been more effective.
Jeff your technician couldn't be more conscientious. Also, zero Rez is the only carpet cleaning service I will ever use due to the pet safety aspect. I am always so happy with the results. Very clean & fresh smelling results. Thank you!

I like the environmental aspects of your cleaning process. The service technician who came to my residence did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the results.
Technician (Paul) was on time, polite, considerate, and did a very good job. We even tried to give him a tip for exceptional service, but he declined.
