The tech asked to use our restroom and was in there for 20 mins+. The living room carpet was also worse than before the carpets were cleaned. The service was not worth the money.

Amazing products and services!

The floor took much longer to dry, double the time quoted. The chair cushions were not cleaned on the other side and were not pulled out from underneath the back cushion. The Zerorez person cleaned the carpet well and was very careful with household items. Thank you.

Nobody warned me beforehand that my carpets might start to wave after the service, which they did and it totally freaked me out. Something that severe should be told to the customer BEFORE the service. They went back down, but the stress it caused could have been avoided. Also, my carpets feel much harder (almost like a crust is on them now). Overall, I would not do this again.

Zerorez was not able to actually remove the dog urine smell from our area rug. However, you made two good attempts and when unsuccessful, fully refunded the charge. We really appreciate the efforts, great customer service and prompt refund. If we have other work, we will definitely bring it to Zerorez and refer you to others.

The member who came to do the cleaning explained the process and went right to work and did a very
good job with the cleaning. He was great and I appreciate his knowledge as he explained the things
to me. I would be happy to have him come to clean my carpet again.

The service performed and result was good. The technician seemed very young and somewhat inexperienced, but he was friendly and tried his best. I would've liked to have heard an explanation about the process and why it's different than a typical carpet cleaning. Everything looked the same as conventional carpet cleaning to me. I'm hoping I got the water-based, zero residual treatment that was advertised. It would help if there was something to distinguish the process from others, maybe it would help if the technician explained each step more?

Customer service was fantastic except for the technician, while he was nice and did a good job,, I didn't like how he was trying to sell us other things like water & scotch guard...I understand it is his job. I also scored lower because the house smelled like a wet dog and now today I'm having bad breathing issues whenever I am on the carpet.
