Your office dispatcher called to say the tech was running a little late, but was on the way. When the tech, Joseph, arrived; he came in, examined what needed to be done versus the estimate that was provided by the dispatcher and immediately set to work without hesitation. We asked if he could clean an additional 5'X7' area and he said, "No problem."
