Very prompt, early even! Carpets look like they did when I moved in!
Carpet and tile came out very clean. No chemical smell, faster drying. Very nice young man tech.
It didn't look as clean as I thought it would. Told ne it was traffic wear, my carpet is a little over two years with just me and my husband, I'm thinking it should have cleaned up better.

It was extremely easy to make an appointment in the time frame I requested. Also, your employees were very kind and professional. We were very pleased with the cleaning as well.
The tech was very prompt, did the job well, informed me as to what he would do. I do have some of the energized water that I use around the house, which works well, and have been using it for years.

Friendly service and a good job.
The less used areas cleaned up very nicely. However, the main living area did not come out as clean as expected and the furniture foot marks still remained. The service was very friendly and professional. I have since vacuumed the areas that were cleaned and it vacuumed very nicely.

Do not schedule a brand new employee for a late afternoon appointment for a new customer. Be sure the employee informs the customer of their plan to move a large piece of furniture before doing so. Because that didn't happen I know longer have matching lamps in my living room.
No chemicals are used in the carpet cleaning.
