I specifically indicated the purpose of having Zerores come out was to remove a large area of Cat Urine in my bedroom closet that had a horrendous odor. Did the Tech discuss with me any options for on the spot treatment? Nope. He did the basic water treatment and said, just give it a day or two and give us a call. Then we can do something a little more aggressive specific for animal urine. Um, thanks for wasting my time. I'm actually besides myself how anyone who treats carpet for a living could walk away from that room without applying any special treatment, could tell themselves they did everything they could do to help.

I like the fact that soaps and residue causing agents are not used in the cleaning process. I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use Zerorez in the future.
This is the first time I used Zerorez and I will never use another company to clean my carpets again after how well they came out. Price was great, the person that cleaned the carpets was very professional and done an expectional job. My carpets were dry in 3 hours!! Another thing I want to mention is that they called ahead of time when they were 30 minutes out before arriving and right on time!! Next time I plan to get the tile and granite done as well. Thanks for doing a great job!!!
