The services was great we had Victor who did an excellent job. Ask a lot of questions to help him do a great job. My carpet and tile looks great.

The technician was an hour and a half early then the 2-4 time window I was provided, which put me in a bind seeing how I wasn't ready for him at that time. Your technician however was very nice and considerate.

My tile floors & carpets looked like new when the technician was done. He was very nice & professional & finished the job in less time than estimated.

The carpet came out better than I expected. Our carpet is old and was really dirty on the high traffic stairs and hallways. We were just looking to have it cleaned up a little so that we could live with it until we could replace it but it came out looking almost new. I don't see any of the spots that were there. Of course we still plan to replace it when we can but this will be much better until then. Also the employee who cleaned the carpets was awesome. He was friendly and did a great job.

So sorry to be this late giving you feedback. A few days after you, John, cleaned our carpet so fantastically I took a severe fall outside on some River Rock. My knees and hands took the brunt of the fall.
But, back to my feedback on your services....let me just say that I would not want to be without you. Our old carpets continue to be very acceptable after you get thru cleaning them. With your help they may last us for as long as we can stay in this house. Bottom line, you are stuck with us as your customer . :-))

Professional service, on time, quick and thourough.
I was not impressed with the tile cleaning. My friends said they had used another company that used a steamer that got down into the grout and cleaned it right up. This was just a buffer machine that went over the top.
