I have respiratory problems. I began by wearing for fear that the cleaning would cause loss airborne partials to effect my breathing. However it did nothing of the sort. The carpets were clean and fluffy and I love the end result. The carpets took longer than I would have liked to dry,but that was the only inconvenience. I have three cats and it is so nice to have a natural product on the floor instead of chemicals.

Competent courteous personnel.

Stick to quoted time frames. The technician was over an hour earlier than the time I scheduled for. I even called in prior to say I did not want the technician at my home that early. I will not use or recommend zerorez again. I am highly dissatisfied by such a lack of customer service and failure to work around THE CUSTOMER'S schedule. If my window was between 4-6pm I don't expect to have the technician show up any earlier than that, otherwise I would have scheduled in that timeframe! This was a major inconvenience. The job done on my carpets was not worth my hard earned money or the hassle that it caused my family.

I was a bit dismayed that my carpet had ripples in it when done. Even though they disappeared after more than 24 hours, I would have liked to have known this before agreeing to the cleaning.

I know that the carpets were very dirty from milk bottle drips that collected dirt, blueberry stains, 2 coffee stains & 2 dog poop stains. Some of what they left as blueberry stains I went down & was able to remove the skins. 1 dog poop that was 1 day old did not come out(yellow)? I've taken much worse poop stains (brown) w/resolve. Its been a few weeks now & spots are reappearing, which I thought you advertised wouldn't happen. Overall I just feel a better job could have been done.

Our tech (Able) was really great. Our floor was better than expected when he was finished.
