On time, and did a great job
Every time I get my carpets cleaned I am AMAZED at how much dirt and grime is removed and how great the carpets look.
I was not disappointed in the service. I can or will recommend to someone if the subject comes up, but I don't know anyone off hand to contact.

Your service man was great. Would want him again.
Rug did not get as clean as I thought it would get and marked up a wall going into the bathroom where a shield was not used. Also left water on tile floor in kitchen and bath. Have not received a receipt for payment.
No chemicals, courteous service. Maybe a bit pricy.

Stairway had only foot traffic dirt and it looks only slightly better. It's also still wet after two full days. Very disappointed!

2/3 rooms are fine. Third room smells a lot. A combination of urine and deodorizer. It's been 24 hours and the smell is still overwhelming.

The technicians were awesome. We were disappointed however with the phone staff. Laura asked repeatedly that the call First name removed before they arrived and they called Laura instead. Laura made the request at least twice and supposedly it was noted but did not happen - thanks First name removed and Laura Last name removed
Service people are very efficient and friendly. They do a great job and leave no mess.
This was the second time we've had this technician clean our carpets. At each time he was very professional and did an efficient and thorough job of general cleaning and removal of stubborn stains. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
I like the service because my carpet always looks great when it is cleaned and the stains are always taken out. The service people were very professional, trustworthy, friendly, and helpful. They did a great job.
So far it looks good have to Waite to see if the stains come back...yes I like the products .
All was good, just really not sure how I felt about the cleaning without soap process. My carpet looked the same as it did before it was cleaned.
Kevin was friendly, professional and efficient. He did not mind when I kept asking for more things to be cleaned, just did it with a smile on his face. He worked very hard and I appreciated him and what he did, very much.
Service tech was unprofessional. Only introduced himself, followed by "my phone died. Can I borrow your charger?" Then no explanation on the process, no interaction. Very poor customer service in my eyes. Did not make me feel comfortable in my own home. Also he's would walk in and out of our home then proceed to walk on the carpet with his shoes, thought some booties may be used. Made me question if the carpet may have looked better if another tech would have came to clean as he looked like he had ZERO desire to be here. As for the carpet, I'd say I was okay with the results, again, just wonder if someone else would have done it, maybe it would look better? Another problem is that the carpet was still damp the next day! We had to make sure we were out most of the day to give it time to dry before stepping on it, 2 days later! Not an easy task with three kids. Overall not satisfied.
Kyle was great. He explained the process and what might and might not come out of the carpet due to the pet stains. When he left, the carpet look new. I'd highly recommend Kyle. He was prompt and personable
My tile is 16 years old and when Zerorez finished cleaning it looked as good as when I built the house. I have used every company in town, Zerorez was by far the best. The technician that came to my house went the extra mile on some tough spots, I'm going to ask for him again next year, his name was Andrew.
My carpets always look new when you leave and your staff is professional and courteous!
