It doesn't dry in hrs , it drys in a day or longer. Ben and Matt from Knix say hrs. Also the prices for the service.

I have used zero Rez for the last 2 years the techiinitian was very polite and nice he did overall a really good job , but my bedroom today it does not look as good as the previous times and previously I paid to have the protector on ,
The technician we had come to our home did an amazing job. We had sort of an emergency that needed attention immediately, our puppy had cancer and he had a real struggle his last few days. He had relieved himself all over he house, and it needed attention as soon as possible. The tech knew exactly how to get all of the spots up, and even candle wax from a candle that had gotten knocked if a table. We really appreciate his knowledge and expertise in cleaning up the mess we had.
I was very impressed with the services provided by James of your company. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain the total process to be done.
As for products, the citrus odor made the process breathable and the house had a very fresh odor once completed.
I will definitely recommend Zerorez to other friends/family and I WILL use you again!!
Our carpet went back to being dirty after only a week. All stains returned.
I felt the guy did it to fast and I felt he should have went over my areas of concerns twice. I paid extra for no smell, I honestly feel like I wasted $300
