The guy claimed he didn't have the right tool to do the sides of my tile kitchen counters.The bathroom tile that was "cleaned" wasn't nearly as clean as what was done it the kitchen and he left a giant tool at my house which is still there. It can be corrected by a follow-up visit to finish his work and pick up his tool. A visit from a different more experienced professional would be preferred.

I asked for a experienced tech - I got someone who had been in the business 3 months. My area rug he cleaned had to be redone because he didn't clean it correctly the first time and now it has ripples in it and they won't flatten because of the way he cleaned it and stretched it. It was an expensive rug. I've used you several times in the past and have recommended you but the problem is consistency and truly responding to your customer requests.

No residue. The product works great.
Everything turned out nicely. Prices seem a little higher than competition and wasn't impressed at all with $25 per spot charges

Very prompt well trained technician arrived on time. He was very diligent as well as thorough. He quickly gained my trust. He was able to remove red stains that had been in the carpet for 21 years!!

The first time I used your services I felt the service and carpets looked very clean. After the recent service I was very disappointed that the carpets really didn't appear like they had been cleaned at all. I had requested some oils spots be worked with the idea that you would likely not be able to do much, and as expected the spots remained. But really that was not why I am disappointed. The times I have used your services I paid an upcharge to use a stain preventer treatment and I feel like it did not work.
very disappointed and would love to speak to someone about this. I don't understand if the individual who did the work did a poor job or if there's another reason the carpets look so dingy still.

worker left a cleaning spray bottle. i could leave it outside the front door if it is worth your time to come by and pick it up. let me know if thatis case
The service tech was very professional and did the best he could. Unfortunately the smell is still there. It wasn't at the time, but the deodorizer had just masked the smell. It was good for the first 4 days, but then the smell came back. My husband believes we might have to replace the carpet which is not what I want to do. :( Besides the smell the carpet itself looks great. I thank you for your service.

Called 2 days prior to appointment to confirm. Called 15 minutes before tech showed up. Tech was on time, friendly and did awesome job with carpets. I will definitely be using this company again.
