The technician that came to my house was nice, thorough, and results were better than expected. I technician mentioned that my carpet was nicer, which probably led to a good result.
I'm not sure. I was expecting more from the cleaning. Trying to sell our house that was cleaned. My realtor suggested this company and said after the rug would look nice and clean and fluffy but it was ok.

We were disappointed in the way the carpet came out. I know the high traffic areas are especially tough. However in the bedrooms we couldn't even tell the carpets had been cleaned. I'm sure the water was dirty but the end results were disappointing to us.

My carpets has some pet urine smell (no visual stains) and the technician was able to locate the areas using a black light. I asked the technician if the cleaning would remove the scent and I was told yes. Unfortunately, the scent is still there. It is no less than what it was before the carpets were cleaned. Please note, this is pet urine from a small 7 pound dog. Not a large dog that would cause a very large area to smell. I know the technici also mentioned about paying extra to do an extraction. But I thought that was only if we had stains that would not come out. So I'm not sure if it was miscommunication on my part or not. I've also smelled other areas of the carpet and there is nothing 'fresh' smelling about it. But rather still dirty in areas. I thought Zerorez deorodrized as well when they cleaned. And if so, why do my carpets still smell dirty? I do want to say the technicians were both very very pleasant and professional. And I appreciate that very much. I just don't feel as though the carpets were cleaned very well. And that may not be the fault of the technicians but just in the product of Zerorez.

Great job by the man that cleaned our carpets. My husband and I were moving our stuff out and he helped us.
Two glass picture frames hanging on my wall were broken and set on my entertainment center without anyone telling us even though we were home during entire cleaning. To make matters worse, we had not 1 but 2 technicians here that day, obviously one was in training. Not very professional in my opinion.
