The clean product that you use and excellent customer service!!!
Didn't ask much about pre treating any stains prior, only told me about stains after they were done.
I called and gave your customer service my complaint. They should have record of it. Your technician was extremely rude and I will never use your company or recommend because of it.

Everything that was "cleaned" is dirtier than before you came. My tile floors have NEVER been this filthy. I am leaving them dirty until someone comes to look at them.

They forgot to do a room that we had paid for so it was done hurriedly.
I like that after the carpet was dry it was soft. There was not a chemical crunch to the carpet. The tile was back to it's original color. The technicians were very professional and kept me informed the entire time of where the process was at and if they had any questions.
