The technician was very timely and did a great job on cleaning my mothers home in Phoenix. White carpeting is difficult to clean but they got some pretty severe stains out ! We will definitely be calling you guys again !

We were told to treat a single pet urine stain in our sons room it was a $25 additional charge. We were given a discount on the service at the time however I am extremely disappointed to say that the smell of pet urine is still extremely pungent in that room despite the "special " treatment. I have never had this happen after having my carpets professionally cleaned. It's very upsetting and I would've been very upset had we paid full price for a service that was clearly a waste of time.
