I love that your product is more environmentally friendly than other cleaners. My house didn't smell like a chemical plant when your were done. James, the young man that cleaned my carpet, was nice, honest , and professional

Hello, just a quick follow up on my experience. I called and asked if Zerorez would come back and retouch some of the spots on the carpet and chaise lounge that was cleaned a week ago. Steven came back and worked extra hard to get the job done. It all turned out beautifully! He took the time to explain the process and I watched the spots disappear. In the commotion of having the door and gate open for the truck, my daughter’s two precious dogs ran out the front gate. Steven stopped what he was doing and came out to help me capture the dogs. He is truly a dedicated employee. I would rate him a very high number of 10 (ten) in satisfaction. I will keep Zerorez in my go to file and tell all my friends about your outstanding service and business.

I think all employees could get the same story out to the customer. One of my rugs had to be taken in for dry cleaning. First person told me it would be about 2-2 1/2 weeks and I asked if he could expedite. Peter said he could,. Perfect as this could get my rug back info time for the holiday. Called in a few days before Christmas to find out what was going on with my rug. I was now told it would take 3-4 weeks and no one ever discussed an expedite with the person who handles the whole dry cleaning routine - (Tessa?). I was unhappy and asked to find out the status of the rug and please call me back. No one ever called with a status but a couple of days later I was told the rug would be delivered that day, 2 days before Christmas. Your folks do really nice work but they don't seem to speak to one another. First, please don't say a rug will be dry cleaned within a 2 week period if it's going to take 3-4 weeks. I might have decided to just keep the rug until after the holidays. And don't say you'll ask for an expedite and not follow through.

Love the brightened color and soft feel of the carpets after they were cleaned, and the transformation of our tile and grout too. All in only 2 hours! My only disappointment was the cost difference between the phone estimate and the actual final bill.
