Courteous technician, very neat and thoughtful, explained process. Equipment non-obstructive, clean, corner guards used to protect walls and moldings. Environmentally safe product and resulted in a very clean carpet.

Well my appointment was set and he came and went after cleaning and pressure selling me. He left at 11:00 Tuesday and I came home at 4:30 the couch was soaking wet. So I called the office they said I can get someone out tomorrow late afternoon I said no thanks. My couch took a day and half to dry out I will never use your company and I'm apauked that no one has contacted me. I own three service businesses and would never let a customer wait a day in half. Shame on you don't live up to your commercials. I will be posting on Yelp and BBB. Everyone should know how I was treated.

The carpet dried very quickly and it looked wonderful. I was very happy with the cleaning of my carpet. The person I spoke to when I called to make the appointment was very professional and efficient. The two individual came to clean the carpet were very kind and good at their job! All aspects of this experience was great except one. The workers who came to my home mentioned this survey and mentioned their boss would not be happy with anything less than a 10. The ironic thing is I would have given a ten anyway. I wish they didn't feel so much pressure from their supervisors that they would have to say something like that. The work and employee attitude speaks for itself. My other issue was that as soon as the workers showed up one had to use the restroom. I thought it odd because they had just pulled up, it was the first appointment of the day, and there is a gas station a 1/2 mile away. I wouldn't have been bothered by this except my toilet (that I had JUST cleaned) was left dirty. I understand sometimes things happen, I just would have appreciated the toilet being cleaned up. I say this only to help you pass this along and make improvements, I hope the workers are in no way punished for this. It truly was a good experience and I really like this company and would recommend this company.

My white shag carpet nearly looks worse than before. The tech did not clean it close around the wall so still has stain in those areas, and spots that were not stained before now look dirty. Also, closet was cleaned and pet smell still lingers badly; like it was not cleaned at all!!
The biggest disappointment was that the final bill was about 140% of the estimated cost which I consider far beyond a reasonable margin of error for an estimate. The techs were professional and friendly and the job was not bad, however for me it does not justify the high cost as compared to competitors that I have hired in the past.

The technician was very professional and did an excellent job. My carpet was really bad after housing kids and grandchildren. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet, but thought I would give it oneast effort with zerorez. I was extremely surprised and impressed with how well my carpet turned out. It looks clean and feels clean because it is clean. I will definitely use zerorez again in the future as well as refer friends and family to them. I am one beyond satisfied customer!
Very good product
Andrew arrived on time! All spots from a male dog GONE and have not returned! In the past we have used the regular steam cleaning and spots always returned! Never again will we use steam cleaning! We are thrilled we don't have to recarpet, thanks to Zerorez! Try then, you will not be disappointed!
