I've already referred my mother in law. My grout looks amazing. There are two large areas where the technician missed and it's pretty noticeable. I will probably call and see if he can come over when he's in the area to touch up. The carpet looked great too. Love you guys! I've already had to use the spray bottle for a dog mess right over the one room of carpet I had done. Got it right out.

They explained the cleaning process very well and did a pretty good job of getting the traffic areas on old rugs much cleaner than other carpet cleaners have done in the past.
The price for having our tile floors done was kind of high. 4 'rooms' cost us over 400 bucks. While it was worth it, I would not recommend people get this done unless they really had to. Like I did.
Kevin did a great job explaining the services, pricing, what to expect and the warranty. He was professional and he was finished within his estimated time frame. I was impressed with the results.
Wow! What a difference a good technician makes! After my first experience I felt like I could've gotten the same results using my carpet cleaner but after they came for a reservice, I felt like my money was well spent! Joshua was awesome. He explained the process, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and above all professional. I didn't have the positive experience the first time but now I will recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. I was extremely pleased with the results!
$170 for 36 minutes work. Floor was wet for10 hours. Have has better results with good old fashioned hot water extraction. Thought I would give zerores a try. Just not what I had hoped for that's all.
