They are clean and my carpets stay cleaner longer. I also feel my technician, Gavin is approachable to ask questions about my carpet and he responds with knowledgeable advice.

I like that my carpets are not crunchy! Out technician Casey Canaan was totally rad!!!! Our daughter spilled a bit of paint on the carpets minutes before he arrived and he cleaned it up right away! The carpet was dry the next day and I feel more comfortable with my 3 month old son playing on the floor!!!

The carpet cleaning was great. I was hoping that the shower cleaning would remove soap scum, but unfortunately it didn't. I would recommend the carpet cleaning. For $300 for 2 showers, I would not recommend it.

I absolutely am your #1 Zerorez fan. One of my dogs had a pretty scary looking "accident" on our recently cleaned living room carpet. Panicked, I call Zerorez early on a Saturday morning and they graciously fit us in within 3 hours. The tech arrived and relieved my mind by saying he would be able to remove the large dark stains from the night before, which we had treated with Zerorez spray. Unbelievable! The stains are 100% GONE! Thank you, Joseph!
