Aaron was very meticulous about preparing the carpet for cleaning. reviewed everything with us and our concerns and gave us good explanations on how to continue to care for carpet which is in great shape. We have only used zeroez to clean our carpet.

This is the first time we had the furniture and carpets cleaned. My tech Robert H. worked very hard on all the furniture and floors. They look great.

The tech was very professional and friendly. However, when we asked him to add some tile areas and an additional carpeted room, he did not make it very clear what it was going to cost. The tile area is maybe half the size of the carpeted area and ended up costing more! I feel like we got cheated.
