Arrived on time to appointment, the carpet looked great and dried within a few hours. The carpet was not overly wet and it wasn't overly filled with chemical cleaner which made it super safe for our pet. The team was super kind and friendly which was nice. Loved the service!

The service technician was great. He was very upfront about what to expect and explained how the process worked. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. The cleaning took years off the look of my floors.
Green practices, great technician
I feel like the tech did a good job. BUT my complaint is that he did not wash his hands after using my restroom. (He did ask to use the restroom, which is no problem at all). But I do have a huge problem with people that do not wash their hands afterwards. I would request to never have this tech again for this reason.
She was nice and did a great job on the carpet. I most definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a company to clean their carpets.
