I called zero res because of the advertising on John Jay and Rich show. The advertising makes it sound as if you are pet stain specialists and understand pet owners carpet issues. When my daughter called to book an appointment she told the woman on the phone that we had 3 dogs. She never mentioned there would be an additional fee. When the cleaner came, I had 2 rooms with no pet stains and one bedroom with lots of stains. He told me it would be $40 for each pet stain, or approximately $600. I said no way I could buy a new carpet and I just want this one cleaned and he told me John Jay and Rich advertising goes too far. I said well it's your company advertising and that's why I called you. He ended up doing me a favor to clean it and just charged me an additional fee so it was $170 instead of $119 and the carpet came out just fine in spite of his cautionary tale. My pets are 10 and 12 so until they pass, I will have these pet stains, this is my dilemma. I was hoping to find a carpet cleaning company specializing in pet cleaning without the commentary. This is what your advertising seems to suggest. My suggestion is to tell the customer up front about additional charges for pet stains when they tell you over the phone that they have a pet prior to them coming for the appointment. And then just please clean the carpet, and not as a favor. That's all. Thanks.

Timely communications, professional staff, arrived early, and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet and tile for the price as quoted. No hidden fees, no 4 hour waiting game. The process was so smooth and efficient I highly recommend Zerorez!
They did a great job! They were able to get the stains out and were quick and efficient.
I have raved and referred Zerorez to many people but after this visit, I would not. The rooms were quickly cleaned and when I asked to go over a section, it was amazingly better. however, I had to ask to go over sections. When the man left, I looked at areas and the spots weren't gone, but I am confident they would have been if he went over the section again. Now I have areas of my carpet that are really clean and fresh (where I asked him to go over it again) and right next to it, not so good looking carpet. Very disappointed!!!!

The results were wonderful. Very clean carpets. But I was told the drying time would be 2 -4 hours. It was at least 24 hours before we could walk without the booties. I really did not like the jovelle deminner on the ads. Your worker was much more professional than the ads

We have used Zerorez before and loved the results but this time we were not satisfied. It was done on Friday, we left all furniture off the carpets over the weekend as we left out of town. It was not left as clean as before and it left a different odor. Would be great to return and clean again at no cost. Before, you guys took out really bad stains and this time it doesn't seem the same. Previously, we recommended zerorez to others but do not know if we can now.
No chemicals or "crunchy" carpet feeling after cleaning.
Fair pricing,the guy that came to do the work was upfront and honest about everything. Very informative and he did an incredible job. Even with all the stains I had, the carpet looks great.
