Awesome tech and great cleaning.
I felt a little pressured under the upselling efforts of Kevin. When he did convince us to get the stain guard, he didn't clarify it was $25 per room and I felt that was intentional.
Other than that he was did an efficient job and was very friendly.

Part of the appeal of your ads was that it was quick drying. Our two bedrooms with windows open and fans on took over 24 hours to be dry enough to walk on. The closet, which doesn't have windows or fans, is still damp 4+ days later. Either something wasn't done as advertised or you need to modify your adds. The technician, Jeff, was thorough in explaining things and offering additional services.
I have used zerorez twice now, and both times the service technicians were very good. I have not used any extra products so I am unable to comment on that.
You advertise special at 129.00 or so but then you always push for an upgrade to protect it. I know this is business but I do not like pushing an upgrade when you advertise special. Tell people up front what they are getting. I will still call you I would just think customer satisfaction would be better. Lot of business want to do carpet cleaning.
Zeroez is very thorough. I have used their services on multiple occasions and my carpets always come out looking fantastic. Recommended them to family members are they were just as satisfied. I will use them again and again! Thanks Zerorez :)

I have almost white tile and lighter grout(came with the house) and I was nervous that the grout would never look the same throughout the house. I was wrong, Troy did an amazing job with the grout and tile. He was even able to clean my baseboards. BONUS!!!
