It was easy to schedule services around my busy schedule; I hadn't moved in yet & was able to arrange for a friend to grant the technician access to the home & he locked up when finished. The stained carpets were almost new when he was done & there was no heavy chemical smell left behind. The carpet dried quickly.

I understand that it might be more difficult to get stains out but you should charge more for it.

The service this time was hundred percent better than the last the service tech that was sent out last October. The tech that came out yesterday appeared to take pride in his work along with his team leader. When we call for services again I want the same tech or techs. Do not send anyone else. I have always had a good experience with Zerorez. The people are very professional, yet friendly and I know that my carpets are cleanest they can be when done.

I love the way it leaves the carpet looking and feeling

I checked the areas done at night with a black light and saw the job was not even in all areas. It does look ok in daylight so I am satisfied. I am not sure if this process is adequate for 20-30 year old carpet. Nothing else needs to be done.
