The "two hour arrival window" could be tried to be shaved down somewhat. If a customer is the
first one of the day, and driving distance from the office to that house has been calculated,
and meetings etc, were announced more in advance, it seems like that window could be more like a half-hour, and would be more customer friendly.
Love the way my carpet feels after plus no chemical smell
First name removed was one of the hardest working technicians we have ever had and was so good at explaining everything to us. Unlike other companies the product u use left no residue. A 10 experience for us!
