Aaron Royfield was my tech, he was awesome! Very personable, knowledge, honest and friendly! He took his time and did a great job! I will request him the next time I need my carpets cleaned. I use to own a carpet cleaning business and I know it can be hard to keep good people, so to management I would say reward Aaron for his hard work, he's a keeper and a good representative of Zerorez! Thank you!

Professionalism, quality of work
He did a great job. The carpet was not as wet as with most shampoo jobs by other companies. Carpet did not get stiff. It felt soft and clean.
They clean and leave the rugs nice.

Price was $140.00 more than the quote on the phone. I told the girl on phone square footage of my home. The guy who came to clean said it goes per room. They should have said that on the phone when quoting a price. Yet they do measure the room when they get there to do the work and give final price. Seams like a bait and switch to me. After complaining, you gave 10% off. Big deal!The only reason I went ahead with it was because I had already stayed home and waited for the guy to show up.

Your technician did as well as he could with what he had to work with, your empowered water doesn't clean. I wish I was able to still use my own carpet cleaner it does 10 times the cleaning.

The people on the phone were very friendly and accommodating. And the service man, Randy (?) he was soooooo nice. I knew the cleaning would be challenging due to dog mis-haps, but he was confident he could make it look great. He did suggest that we may want to have one of our rugs shampooed by your company if the stains did not come out, however, everything cleaned up beautifully. He even put the blower on the main rug so it would dry faster so I could put my furniture back! Loved your service from beginning to end.
