The technician was amazing. He cleaned my whole house in the time it usually takes someone a single room. I love the results, the house is cleaner than it was when I moved in. They were on time and polite. I would not hesitate to use them again and again.

Technician did a great job. However, your Customer Service staff need more training. This is the second time they have said they called to let me know my Technition was on his way. I never get the call, and when I ask why he said my office said they called you. I showed him my phone and that I did not get a call to prove it to him. It makes it hard on me because I need to put my dogs away before the technician shows up. Also, my appointment was from 10 to noon and the technician showed up at 9:15. This has become a pattern and is not good customer service to me.

This is the second time we have had Albert. He is always courteous, timely and professional. We like Zerorez because the carpet always looks almost new even though it is 13 years old. No soap build up either.
