I arrived home after the worker was finishing and was waiting to sign / pay. I arrived to my unit and the door was wide open. I sat there for almost 30 minutes before they came back to the unit from their truck. What this meant was that worker had no idea I was home before he finally came back to the unit and would have left our door open, unattended for over 30 minutes and this is unacceptable.

I had to personally rake the furniture marks in every room to finish the job...please call me to discuss. I had always referred you in the past to many others in real estate.

The tech showed up on time and did a very good job
My carpets are crispy on top and when I have had them cleaned before I didn't notice that. It's clean though and I am sure with time and vacuuming it will be soft again.

There was a $120 charge to clean an 8X10 rug that was not communicated to me until I saw it on the invoice that was emailed to me after I gave the tech my credit card. I called the customer service phone number to discuss and the rep responded to my inquiry with FIRST of all, blah blah blah. SECOND of all,, blah blah etc. W got no where so she offered to have someone call me. I returned a message that was on my voice mail from a supervisor - and when I returned that call and started to explain the reason for asking for Teddy (sp), the phone rep interrupted me and said ' yeah I see it in the notes'.
My husband and I have two homes in the Valley and we have been repeat customers. That will no longer be the case.
My carpets came out so clean! It was amazing. Your technician, Joshua, arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, was very knowledgeable about your products and system. He went out of his way to make sure the high traffic areas came out as clean as possible. I never expected anyone could make the carpet look so wonderful. I had wanted to try to your company for a while and am so glad that I finally did. My carpets look great and without any chemicals used.

Look into a pet urine cleaner for sectionals. I know you have one for carpet and having one for sectionals would be useful as well.

Your products are natural
Very efficient and I'm not worried about my little 4lb dog getting sick from the chemicals. Employees are extremely polite and business like. Zerorez cleans like no other carpet cleaning company I've ever used.
It is so refreshing to find a company that there word is there bond. Don't find that anymore. I previously hired a local cleaner and they did not show on the appointed day. If that were me, I would have been charged for the service call. And when I tried to call them, they would not answer my call. Integrity is so important to me. And that is why I will use this company in the future. And recommend them to my friends. The tech that did my carpets was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very aware of my problems and knew how to fix them. And he also cleaned up after he was done with the service. This company is awesome.

Some carpet cleaners do not leave behind as much water as Zerotes does. I would recommend that vacuums remove most of water after cleaning. If this is not possible, place plastic squares under furniture legs to prevent water absorbing into legs.

I have used Zeroez many times and just want to say the tech that did my carpets this time was the best yet. He was very throuogh and my carpets look great!
I love that the person who comes to clean my carpets is always polite and very thorough. The corners are protected so the hose doesn't damage the paint. Any issues with stains he brings to my attention and discusses how I'd like for him to proceed. I love the way my carpets feel when they are dry. I've used Zerorez for years and feel that my carpets are well maintained with their care.
