Timely service and courteous staff.

I like that no soap or detergent is used, which can build up on the carpet. The carpet always feels soft after it is cleaned.

I DO NOT like having extra charges applied when the technician comes out. There is an advertised price ie: flash sale of $109.00 for 3 rooms. A price is quoted on the phone when the rooms to be cleaned are stated ($123.00 included tax and disposal fee) . Then the tech comes out and adds on an extra cost because one room is slightly larger. A room is a room. The company should honor the advertised/quoted pricing! My $109.00 for 3 rooms became$169.00--$46.00 over the quoted price. Not happy.

The customer service is great, not only that but, the tech Ishmael called and arrived on the time he stated. Ishmael knows his product and does a fantastic job. Very quick and trustworthy. I didn't feel like I had to watch to make sure things were completed correctly. I highly recommend Zero Rez to everyone. Your product is great and so are your employees. That means a lot. My technician and experience with Zerorez was excellent! I have used another service provider in the past, and honestly, it was such a bad experience I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years. My technician was very friendly, explained everything, all costs up front and even suggested a solution that would save me money in the end. Best part is that my carpet and tile look amazing.
