Did you change your formula? This time it just smelled like wet carpet until it dried

I really liked the tech that came to the house. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like the cleaning could have been better. My hall bathroom tile still have stains in it by the toilet. I can clean those with Simple Green and it comes clean, but with the cleaning just done, they are still there, so I will have to clean myself. The shower in the hall bathroom, still have mildew stains in the corners. I expected those to be gone. Again, I can clean them out, but that is what I paid Zerorez for. I do not like giving bad reviews, but I did pay almost $400.00 for cleaning that I am going to have to do. Please feel free to contact me for additional information. Name removed Phone number removed

You need to have a special rate for small area rugs. I got charged for 3 rooms and only had a 8x10 carpet cleaned!
Cleaning that does not leave the carpet crunchy
The work was done quickly, on time and the carpet looked great.
Products were not harsh or didn't smell like strong chemicals. It left a very pleasant smell. The service was excellent!
The only thing I had a problem with this time is that it was left too wet.
The person that did our rug the other time had it dryer and it didn't take 8 hrs to dry..
