Carpet turned out great!!
Zerorez is the place to call for your floor cleaning needs. The young gentleman that came to our house was polite and very professional. He explained the process thoroughly and didn't dilly dally. His hard work paid off as I've never seen my tile so clean. My wife is still in shock.

The carpets feel like they've been washed with dirty water and they smell musty and moldy. It also looks like they didn't get in any of the corners or anything. Stains are still in the carpet. Will not recommend this company to anyone, as I am completely disappointed. You can refund my money if you want to make it right.
Product and punctuality
I liked the service. But the drying time was longer than I expected. Got it done at 1pm and wasn't dry till the next morning.

The result was very clean
the service gentleman was very helpful. my carpeting took over 24 hours to dry.
I even put a small room heater in one of the rooms in addition to the ceiling fans on.
Im concerned the carpet wasn't extracted enough.

Soft carpet after cleaning, no chemical chemical smell!
No other carpet cleaning service that we have ever used can compare to the results that Zerorez achieves. Stains and soiled heavy traffic areas are like new after your treatment. LOVE Zerorez!

The guy that came was super, so nice and did a super job. Best job I have had.
Although it did a good job, I feel it was the same quality as a less expensive cleaning service. There were still areas that weren't as clean as I expected.
Also there were "extras" that we had to pay for which is something that never sits well with me.
