My technician was great! He was nice, explained the process and finished in a good amount of time. If it was solely on his performance I would have given a 10. Unfortunately though, the zerorez product itself did not meet my expectations. I had pet stains which I understood would not completely go away but the smell of urine is overwhelming and the spot that I paid $25 additional for did not get better and I had to use many towels to dry (which was urine smelling water). I'm not sure I could recommend to a friend to treat pet stains, especially with an out of pocket cost of $224.00 but I may for standard carpet cleaning. Name removed Phone number removed

Service was great! I think he went above and beyond in assisting me move a few things he wasn't expected to. Nice job on the carpet, quick and efficient. I like the smell of the citrus pre-spray. I will definitely lan to return as a customer!!

Awesome cleaning the best we have had and professional staff
I paid for the service to clean for pets as well. After paying extra for the services, the smell of urine was noted the next day..... very strong, The smell was not there prior to. They look great, but I don't get my carpets cleaned to then smell urnine the next day.... The service man however, was very pleasant.

The cleaning seems to be very thorough without soap. But my carpet still has a number of spots which seem to be visible when we use our black light to check the house for scorpions. What could that be? Please let me know.

quality of the cleaning and the dry time is very quick

Quick and efficient service. Tech did the best job that was possible. Carpet was too old and pet soiled to get completely cleaned. The pet deodorizer did do a good job of masking the odor.
