The process and chemicals for cleaning the carpets is far superior to the "common" methods of other companies. Other companies leave a film on the carpets that gives a unpleasant crackly texture. The carpets are not satiturated with water, remain cleaner for longer periods of time and preform, all around, far superior to the other methods.
