We paid extra to have a stain removed (that he said was pet urine) and it came back within a few days. All stains came back actually and area with the stains looks terrible.

I had 3 bad spots on carpets and all came out good. Your service was here on time and service was done quickly and agent was very professional.

The results were not as expected. Have had service by Stanley Steemer with better quality. Failed to do a carpet runner (which is usually done complimentary by SS) and was very surprised that while it's common sense that floors near carpets will be slippery there were no signs stating this.

Had carpet cleaned on Jan 2 by Jeff -- he did a great job in removing multiple spots particularly in the master bath area. Also, at my request, he cleaned a 6 in square area of my kitchen tile/grout. I subsequently scheduled grout cleaning and sealing in my kitchen area. This was done by Victor. Both Jeff and Victor were kind, courteous and knowledgeable about their business. I have already recommended your company to several friends and one has actually had their carpet cleaned. I also have a condo in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and am planning to call the Zerorez dealer in the Pittsburgh area to have carpets cleaned there. Thanks for a great service.
