I can't honestly say I am impressed with the outcome of my rug. I bought a used rug that had obviously seen better days, so I had heard on the radio that this was the best company. My rug cleaning for my 9x12 rug did not meet the required $74 minimum for a home visit, so I asked if I could keep money on file for next time (guaranteed additional services!) but that apparently that was not an option. So I ended up paying an extra $12 just to be able to get the service. Now, maybe My expectations were too high, but My rug doesn't look much different then before the cleaning. I would have been very interested in putting that additional money towards a deeper clean if it would have been offered. The customer service and product knoledge was great. But the outcome is nothing to brag about.
They cleaned the carpet really well, no residue, no smell and the carpets died very quickly.

We've had Zerorez clean our carpets and our tile floor since moving here 8 yrs. ago. Very professional and respectful of the premises and of their clients. Have recommended them to our friends many times.

Too Costly to clean such a small area. This is a court home with 2 small bedrooms a short hallway and 9 steps. Without moving furniture or floor lamps, which you did not, the area cleaned might be equal to 1 room? Maybe smaller? $198 was charged without even reviewing/ examining the area to be cleaned. Crew was there maybe 30 minutes.
The crew was friendly and professional and careful with their equipment.
