Love the way my carpet looks and your staff is so nice & friendly.
The technician was able to get out spots that I didn't think we're ever going to come out. There was pink crayon, grease from the bottom of shoes, and pet spots that I thought would smell. My carpets looked almost the same as when I first moved in five years ago.

My service this time was free because of the mistakes that were made when I last had service. This time it is my carpets that are supposed to be clean...when I questioned the service man why I still see dirt in the carpet, his response was..."it's in the carpet". Isn't that why he is here??? to clean the carpet?? Also, prior to him starting, he brought the cleaner into my house and proceeded to drop huge clumps of dog hair in my house. He did take it outside and clean it prior to starting to clean my house (after it was pointed out to him, and asking him to clean it outside), but I am very allergic to dog hair and did not appreciate it being brought into my house. I will not be recommending Zerorez in the future.
The product does not shell and cleaned very good. Robert is very good.

it was quick, the man who came to clean the carpets was very gracious and took the time to show me what he was doing, and explained everything first. I also liked the fact that there were no harsh chemicals that could have affected my animals. The following day the carpets looked much better! thank you
I had a few red wine stains and also dog accidents on our carpet. They were totally gone by the time the service tech left and the carpet quickly dried in about 8 hours. He was friendly and knowledgable - I will definitely use Zerorez again!

Professional and on time. The carpet look very clean when our technician was finished.
I believe the house square footage is 3500. Cleaner showed up around 12: - had to have measured and provided information on the products for at least a half hour. I left to run a short errand returned at 2:20 and cleaner was gone - how can you cover that much ground in one hour and 45 minutes. ??
