The cleaning process from evaluation to completion was very thorough. The technician took the time to properly clean the carpets. I was very pleased with the quality of his work. The carpets looked very clean and smelled good when he completed the job.

The first time we had you out they did a great job, our tile was so clean, the grout was amazing and everything was perfect. This time the grout doesn't look any different, there is a slight residue left on the tile (funny since it came from Zero Rez) and the carpet is crunchy. I wouldn't recommend using the company after our last experience

This is the 3rd time we used zerorez. The guy that came out and cleaned our carpets was friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. He got all the stains and smells out. He had the carpets cleaner than the last person we got from zerorez. He took his time until the job was done right. I could not have been happier with your employee
We are extremely happy with the service we received from Zerorez! Hayden came out to our house and did a spectacular job. Our rugs look amazing, and our floors look like they're brand new. Hayden was even able to get a paint stain out of our carpet that had been sitting under a rug for over a year. Incredible job! We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future, and will be requesting Hayden as our technician.

My carpet was looking tired. And, now it looks and smells great. It really wasn'the crunchy when it dried.
I was given an estimate of $125 over the phone for 3 seats and the foorboards. The bill was $154. I was expecting the bill to be less because I didn't have the floorboards done. But, the serviceman, Sam was so thorough, and he spent a long time cleaning what was a terribly stained ccar seats. He did the best job possible.

The carpet appeared somewhat cleaner than before. Pet odor still very obvious despite paying extra for the service. Once dry,carpet felt crunchy in spots. On the plus side, the tech arrives on time, was very courteous and friendly. He explained the whole process as well as what to expect. He worked quickly and diligently.
